DUE DILIGENCE AND PRE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
The Downtown Sports & Entertainment District is a planned development to be located on the block to the north of Amway Center. Plans for the estimated $200 million mixed-use development include a 250 room hotel, an office building, multi-family residential components and an exciting array of dining and retail establishments.
The Orlando Magic retained SC Advisors to provide due diligence and pre development services for the project. SCA played a key role in the purchase of the necessary land, securing municipal approvals and coordinating the site planning and conceptual design process. SCA was pleased to continue its relationship with the Orlando Magic after serving as the Developer’s Representative for the award-winning Amway Center.
